We are a non-smoking facility with a designated area oceanfront in the pavillion for smokers. We do not tolerate smoking inside our Units, outside on the balconies or in the parking lot. This includes E-cigarettes
No Pets allowed in our rooms or on our property.
We have a 2 nights minimum stay policy.
There is one parking space per Unit.

About The Penthouse
This Unit is our Penthouse suite and is located on the 3rd floor. This unit includes one king size bed and 2 queen beds in the second room. The unit comes with cable TV, a recliner and leather sofas. This unit has two bathrooms and private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This is also the only unit that has its own washer and dryer. As every other unit the penthouse suite has a kitchen, stove and refrigerator for your convenience. There is no elevator.
