Check-in: 3:00pm           Checkout: 10:00am               Parking limited to 1 vehicle space per Unit


  • $400 deposit required at time of booking.
  • Guest cancellation must be received in writing 60 days prior to arrival. An administrative charge of $55 will be applied against your reservation deposit and the remainder will be refunded. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire monies collected. Changes to reservations will incur a $55 administrative charge. 
  • Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.  Late check-in may be arranged in advance. Visa, MC, Discover or Cash accepted.  Damage will be charged to the credit card on file. No personal checks.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Keys are to be picked up and returned to the front office. A $35 fee will be charged for keys lost or not returned.
  • Winter Season Rates and a 3 night minimum apply for the following Holiday weekends: Memorial Day, July 4th and New Year.
  • A minimum stay of 2 nights is required (may be increased during winter season). Penthouse requires a 3 night minimum.
  • Minimum age of 25 to reserve or occupy a unit. Management may require supervision.
  • Studio Efficiency and One bedroom Unit rates are based on 2 person occupancy.  Two Bedroom Units are based on 4 person occupancy.  Penthouse is based on 6 person occupancy.  Occupancy exceptions are at the sole discretion of management. 
  • There is a $10 per person per night charge over the designated occupancy of a unit.***No Exceptions***
  • All Units have individual central A/C - Heat. Fully equipped kitchens, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, TV/DVD player. Wireless Internet
  • Heated Pool, shuffleboard, BBQ/ charcoal grills and a guest laundry are also available.
  • Quiet time begins at 10pm.   Please be considerate of other guests.  
  • We reserve the right to Limit the amount of day visitors on the property. Sorry, NO PETS.
  • We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. There is to be no smoking anywhere near the building, on patios, balconies, walkways and around the pool. There is a designated area on the beach side of the Resort at the pavilion with ash trays. No smoking, vaping or e-cigs allowed in unit. Smoking in unit will incur a $250 charge.
