We are a non-smoking facility with a designated area oceanfront in the pavillion for smokers. We do not tolerate smoking inside our Units, outside on the balconies or in the parking lot. This includes E-cigarettes
No Pets allowed in our rooms or on our property.
There is one parking space per Unit.

About Unit 10
This unit is one of our large efficiency's located on the 2nd floor. The unit includes two comfortable Queen size beds, ceiling fans, cable TV, a love seat and recliner. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and the kitchen has a stove microwave and refrigerator for your convenience.
