We are a non-smoking facility with a designated area oceanfront in the pavillion for smokers. We do not tolerate smoking inside our Units, outside on the balconies or in the parking lot. This includes E-cigarettes
No Pets allowed in our rooms or on our property.
There is one parking space per Unit.

About Unit 1
This ground floor unit has been completed renovated from floor to ceiling. It includes one comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, love seat, and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the kitchen has a stove, microwave and refrigerator for your convenience.
