This unit is one of our small efficiency's located on the 1st floor. This unit includes one comfortable Queen size bed, cable TV, a sofa. The bathroom has a shower and the kitchen has a stove microwave and refrigerator for your convenience.

We are a non-smoking facility with a designated area oceanfront in the pavillion for smokers. We do not tolerate smoking inside our Units, outside on the balconies or in the parking lot. This includes E-cigarettes
No Pets allowed in our rooms or on our property.
There is one parking space per Unit.
